Izzie vs. Callie... Two 'Grey's Anatomy' docs once called each other out, schoolyard style. Except it was the cafeteria. And Izzie (Katherine Heigl) and Callie (Sara Ramirez) never actually ended up getting physical but the war of words was juicy enough.
