Best: The Mary T... The entire staff of WJM is fired, except for incompetent anchorman Ted Baxter. The funny and touching finale features a weepy group hug. (CBS)
Best: The Fugiti... After years on the run, Richard Kimble (David Janssen) has his name cleared when the One-Armed Man is found and killed by Lt. Gerard. (ABC)
Best: M*A*S*H In 'Goodbye, Farewell and Amen," Hawkeye (Alan Alda) recuperates from a nervous breakdown as the Korean war comes to an end in the most watched series finale of all time: 121 million people tuned in to say goodbye to the 4077th. (CBS)
Best: Magnum P.I... Magnum (Tom Selleck) is shot and put into a coma, and his spirit travels around rectifying loose ends and issues of the series. At the end, he is ready to die, but is called back into his life by Higgins--who fans are led to believe is actually Robin Masters! (CBS)
Best: Sex & the ... It's a fairy-tale ending for Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) as she returns to Manhattan with the one who kept getting away, Mr. Big (Chris Noth). (HBO)
Best: The Odd Co... In "Felix Remarries", Felix (Tony Randall) is reunited with his ex-wife Gloria while Oscar (Jack Klugman) celebrates his liberation from Felix's fastidiousness. (CBS)
Best: Cheers In "One for the Road," Diane (Shelly Long) reappears after 6 years and tries to rekindle her romance with Sam Malone (Ted Danson). Perhaps more memorable than the finale was the show's cast drunk on 'The Tonight Show' following the airing of the final episode. (NBC)
