Michel Pollentier
In the 1978 Tour de France, Belgian champion Michel Pollentier won the Alpe d'Huez stage and took the yellow jersey. But Pollentier was accused of cheating when a pear-shaped synthetic bladder (better known as a condom) containing clean urine was found connected to a tube under his armpit during a post-race drug screening.
