Al Jefferson Signs with Bobcats
The former Jazz center made a bold move and signed with the Bobcats for two years and $27 million, with a player option for a third season.
John’s Take: Sure, this looks like a move in the right direction, but it is actually a step backwards. Al Jefferson’s deal is only for two years. That’s Al Jefferson’s way of telling the Bobcats that he’s gone if the team can’t figure out a way to win. And if that occurs, the Bobcats are back at square one. (AP Photo/Pat Sullivan)
