Another tale of a celebration gone horribly wrong. After killing it at the 2009 World Skiing Championships, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn decided to celebrate with a little champagne. With no bottle opener in sight, Vonn decided to use one of her skis to pop the cork. Instead, she ended up shattering the bottle and slicing open her thumb.
