4. Andrew Luck, Colts
Luck made strides in his second season towards fulfilling some of that massive potential, and that was without Reggie Wayne. In just two years, he’s amassed more than 8,000 passing yards and 46 touchdowns. With Wayne and a hungry Hakeem Nicks in the fold, Luck could be ready to truly break out.
