There was plenty of movement in this week's rankings. What do you expect from a league that has ties?

There is a new No. 1 in town this week. Actually, an old No. 1 is the new No. 1. Oh, whatever. Here comes my preseason pick—the Green Bay Packers! (AP Photos)
