The loss of Bryan Bulaga to a season-ending hip injury in Week 9 has given Barclay the chance to start as a rookie. But after a promising debut, the undrafted college free agent struggled badly in a Week 17 loss to Minnesota. According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Barclay surrendered 2½ sacks along with committing two false-start penalties. Some of his struggles may be related to the deafening crowd noise in the Metrodome, which is something he won’t have to contend with Saturday at Lambeau Field. No matter the reason, Barclay must do a better job protecting quarterback Aaron Rodgers from pass-rushers Brian Robison and Everson Griffen. - Alex Marvez
