Loser: Ravens' Defense
There is no doubt the Ravens laid an egg. They were horrific offensively and defensively in a 43-13 loss in Houston. But I'm going to let the offense slide. They're entitled to a bad one here and there. What really must concern Baltimore going forward though is this new Ravens defense. Without Ray Lewis, without Ladarius Webb and with Ed Reed and Terrell Suggs less than 100 percent, these kind of defensive efforts—420 total yards allowed, including 181 on the ground—may not be so far from the norm going forward.
