Winner: Texans' ... Winning on the road at Soldier Field is tough stuff, especially when the rain and wind wreak havoc on a Sunday night in November. But the Houston Texans proved they are game, out-Bearing the Bears and forcing four turnovers en route to a 13-6 win. It wasn’t pretty, and it didn’t have to be. After concussing Jay Cutler and dropping the Bears to 7-2 on the year, Houston moved into a tie with Atlanta for the league’s best record at 8-1. (AP Photo/Nam Y. Huh)

Winner: New Orle... If you’re keeping count, New Orleans has won four out of five. I’m not saying Who Dat is back, but upsetting the previously unbeaten Atlanta Falcons brings back feelings reminiscent of 2009. (AP Photo/Bill Feig)

Winner: Baltimor... Before Sunday, the Raiders hadn’t surrendered 40 or more points in back-to-back games since 1962. Loser: Philadelp... For the first time in 14 seasons, the Eagles have lost five straight games under Andy Reid. At 3-6, their odds of reaching the postseason are minuscule. Even smaller are the chances Reid and Vick keep their jobs. (AP Photo/Julio Cortez)

Winner: Andy Dal... Snapping a four-game losing streak to the defending Super Bowl champions has to be a shot in the arm. It certainly was for Andy Dalton, who found the end zone a career high four times in a 31-13 upset win. Cincy's season may hang in the balance, but Sunday’s win was one to hang a hat on. Winner: Tampa Ba... After a dismal 1-3 start, the 5-4 Bucs have won three in a row and trail only the 8-1 Falcons in the NFC South. What's more, Josh Freeman has thrown 13 TD passes against just one interception in his last five outings. Winner: Broncos'... Peyton Manning had another impressive Sunday, but the real story in Carolina was Denver’s defensive effort. Led by Von Miller and Chris Harris, who each had six tackles, the Broncos harassed Cam Newton, sacking him 7 times (once for a safety) and picking him off twice in a 36-14 road win.
