21. Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers
Cobb was sidelined by a broken leg for much of last year, but at 23, he’s still got plenty to offer, and has the added motivation of being in a contract year in 2014. He’s explosive off the line and lethal in open space, and has never been one to shy away from contact in traffic. Cobb’s got to prove he can stay healthy, but he’s got youth and Aaron Rodgers’ arm on his side in what could be a very big year. (David Banks/Getty Photo)
