23. Mike Wallace, Miami Dolphins
Wallace has tremendous speed and ability, but failed to make a real impact in his first season with Miami. Sometimes he wasn’t used to the best of his abilities. A distinct lack of chemistry with Ryan Tannehill was also in play. There’s a chance both of those factors will be fixed in Bill Lazor’s new offense. If so, he’ll be back where he belongs in or near the Top 10. For now, it just looks like wasted talent. (Al Bello/Getty Photo)
