32. Houston Texans (2-10, Previous: 31)
Aaaaand the Texans’ descent is complete. After 10 straight losses, the once-promising AFC title contenders have settled in the basement of the NFL. Houston had a chance to snap out of its downward spiral against Tom Brady and the Patriots with a 17-7 lead at halftime, thanks primarily to Ben Tate, who ran for 102 yards and three touchdowns. But the football gods have turned their backs on the Texans this year, and it wasn’t meant to be. They’ll slug it out with the Jaguars this week in the most depressing Thursday Night Football game of the year. (AP Photo)
