13. Allan Houston, New York Knicks
The six-year deal almost never fails to fail spectacularly. And when it comes to laugh-out-loud stupid contracts, the Knicks never fail to deliver belly laughs. Houston played fairly well for the first two years of the contract, but knee problems quickly derailed his career. In the final two years of the deal, Houston did not play a single game.
