All The Presidents' Kids

George W. Bush holds his twins, Barbara and Jenna, born fall 1981 in Dallas. Bush didn't look at his Midland years as a failure. He'd met and married Laura Welch, a librarian who helped rein in the "Bombastic Bushkin," as his friends called him. He'd run a losing campaign for Congress but managed a credible showing against a popular state senator. He was the father of twins, named for their two grandmothers.
