| Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton lived through one of the world's most public makeovers. After entering the White House at the age of 12 with braces and a waist-length mane of curls, she left it eight years (and thousands of photo ops) later sporting glossy burgundy lips and a sleek bob. As former Clinton press secretary Dee Dee Myers once said, "She's gone from being a little girl to a polished young woman." Now the world looks on again as Chelsea prepares to marry longtime beau Marc Mezvinsky. Doubtless, after a childhood in the spotlight, this bride-to-be isn't sweating her updo. 1986: The curly-haired six-year-old was already in the public eye as the daughter of a state governor. | Call it the makeover of the century: Donatella Versace transformed the Oxford grad student with a sleek blowout and sophisticated makeup. While rubbing shoulders with Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna at the designer's V and A Museum retrospective, Chelsea admitted, "I'm a bit dazzled by it all."
