Create 'Food Order' at Home

If you open the fridge or pantry and can’t find healthy food or even fixings for a decent meal, you’re more likely to head out for fast food or grab a box of cookies. Keep healthy staples on hand like frozen vegetables, pre-measured chicken breasts, canned beans, olive oil, eggs, some fresh herbs, Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar and some quick-boil whole grains. Arrange shelves so you can see what you have and what’s running low. Move older food toward the front of the shelves so you can eat it before it expires. Clean your pantry and fridge regularly so you know what food you have and can plan meals accordingly.
