The Kennedy family is considered American royalty. But tragic occurences seem to occur to the Kennedy clan, and the late Edward Kennedy once suggested the family suffered from a curse.

2012 Mary Kennedy, estranged wife of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., dies of an apparent suicide. She was 52.

2009 Edward M. Kennedy dies of a brain cancer at the age of 77. Kennedy was the one who suggested the curse, saying that maybe "some awful curse did actually hang over all the Kennedys" after accidentally driving his car off Chappaquiddick Island, Mass., and killing passenger Mary Jo Kopechne.
