Working late in life, directors refuse to say cut

FILE - In this June 19, 2014 file photo, Director/Producer Clint Eastwood attends the Warner Bros. Premiere of "Jersey Boys" at the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival held at Regal Cinemas LA Live Stadium 14, in Los Angeles. Hollywood may be an industry driven by youth, but this summer has brought a rush of releases from directors working well into their late 70s and early 80s. The 78-year-old Woody Allen, whose latest, "Magic in the Moonlight," opens Friday, July 25, 2014, follows films from Eastwood (84), Roman Polanski (80) and Jean-Luc Godard (83).
