It's great to love what you do, but if you don't know what you're doing all the passion in the world won't make you successful at it. There are many facets to every business and, when it comes to execution, the devil's usually in the details. Besides, some ideas aren't just hard to execute, they're just plain impractical. In other words, just because you're a foodie doesn't mean you should own a restaurant.
