Part of this decline is the result of PepsiCo’s Sierra Mist, which has gained popularity since its release in 2000. Coca-Cola attempted to revamp the brand in 2010 by releasing a new ad campaign and changing the “Obey Your Thirst” tagline to “The Spark.”
