The former estate of William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies first hit the market in 2010 after financier Leonard Ross filed for bankruptcy protection. The massive estate has double master bedroom suites, staff quarters, several guest houses, two screening rooms, a hand-carved wood-paneled library, an art deco-designed nightclub, spa facilities with a gym, a lighted tennis court with indoor bar and an 8-car garage.
