The fertilizer mogul spent four years and $18 million gut renovating E. 63rd St, adding an indoor pool and spa, a velvet home theater and gold finishes. He is selling it now because he plans to spend his time renovating the Sloane Mansion, a $30 million, two-year project, a few blocks away.
