: "Atom Man vs. Superman" (1950)
In 1950, Lyle Talbot became the first-ever actor to portray two DC Comics characters on the big screen. Prior to landing the role of villainous Lex Luthor in “Atom Man vs. Superman,” Talbot portrayed Commissioner Gordon in the 1949 serial “Batman and Robin.” In 1952, Talbot nabbed the part of Joe Randolph on "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet,” a role that he played for nearly a decade.
