Elizabeth Banks

While targeting certain muscle groups can work for a quick bikini-ready fix, actress Elizabeth Banks is a firm believer in the total-body workout. Banks trains three days per week for an hour with fitness expert Joselynne Boschen in Los Angeles. Together they focus on agility training for a mix of cardio, free weights, medicine balls, plyometrics and TRX training. "It’s important to change it up daily," Boschen tells Shape magazine. "There is nothing more boring to me -- or Elizabeth -- than the same thing over and over. If you can take it outside and combine your workouts with things like hiking, even better!" Let the transformation begin!
