Christie Brinkle...Former supermodel Christie Brinkley and architect Peter Cook’s very public divorce in 2006 was just the beginning of an epic and embarrassing custody battle. After Cook was caught having an affair with his very young assistant and downloading hundreds of thousands of dollars in Internet porn, Brinkley took him to court over custody of their two young children. Alexa Ray Joel, Brinkley’s daughter from her marriage to singer Billy Joel, testified that Cook was abusive and sometimes violent. Anne Heche and C...Actress Anne Heche isn't known for being the most normal person, but things got even more bizarre during her custody battle with Coley Laffoon. The two split after rumors that Heche was having an affair with her co-star and the fighting gloves came off. Laffoon accused Heche of being “bizarre and delusional." David Hasselhoff...It is pretty obvious that both David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach has battled alcohol abuse in the past. But they also battled each other in court for custody of their daughters Taylor and Hayley. Hasselhoff was officially awarded primary physical and legal custody of the kids in June 2007, but six months later the ex-couple reached a settlement to have joint custody of the girls. Perception of the couple quickly changed as the singer engaged in bizarre behavior. Federline accused Spears of abusing drugs and alcohol. Woody Allen and ...Filmmaker Woody Allen and actress Mia Farrow never legally married, but the couple was together for over a decade. They adopted several children together and had a biological son. When Farrow discovered that Allen was having an affair with her adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn, she immediately broke off her relationship with Allen. Allen filed a lawsuit against Farrow to get custody of their two of their adopted kids (Moses and Dylan) and their biological son (Satchel). During the trial it was brought to light that Allen was under investigation for allegedly sexually molesting their adopted daughter, Dylan. Charlie Sheen an...With Charlie Sheen's current public debacle, who can blame Denise Richards for fighting dirty during their 2008 custody battle. While the two seem to have been able to work things out in regards to their daughters, things were really ugly for awhile. Richards accused Sheen of myriad irresponsible behaviors, including drug addiction, gambling, prostitutes and porn. She filed court papers requesting that Sheen not be alone with their daughters. Sheen called out Richards in the tabloids for including the girls in her reality show.
