Although he appears to be unemployed with no prospects, he always has money and often attracts women. To say Kramer is a schemer would be an understatement. 9. Arthur Fonzar...In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, there is nobody cooler than Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli. A high school dropout and former biker gang member, Fonzie begins to turn his life around after saving high school student Richie Cunningham from a group of thugs.
