This 1982 film is one of the most extraordinary examples of the sci-fi genre — visually breathtaking, incredibly imaginative and years ahead of it's time.
Unfortunately, the film's legacy has been muddied by incessant fiddling and re-cutting by Ridley Scott. And if you happen to catch a version with Harrison Ford's droning voice-over, you might as well cuddle up for an inevitable nap. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff
