NOW: Estelle Parsons
The bulk of Estelle Parsons acting career came well before she played a pretentious mother on “Roseanne.” Parsons, now 85, picked up the 1967 Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role in “Bonnie and Clyde” and has earned a total of four Tony nominations throughout her long career. The actress was inducted into the American Theatre Hall of Fame in 2004 and recently appeared in the Broadway musical, “Nice Work If You Can Get It,” which opened in April of 2012. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff (Photo by Simon Russell/Getty Images)
