"She's cultivated a refined beauty that highlights her bone structure," Buckle says. "It can't get in the way of her effervescent personality." What could? "I had tanorexia," Ripa has said of her days as a Voorhees, N.J. cheerleader, along with "hair as big as it could possibly get."
Ripa joined the cast of "All My Children" as troubled teen Hayley Vaughan. Although she wore a ratted black wig for her role, offscreen she was a wholesome blonde.
The mother of three joined the cast of sitcom "Hope and Faith," picked up a Daytime Emmy for "Live!" and celebrated her 10-year wedding anniversary. Said her proud husband, "I think motherhood has made her more beautiful."
