Why He Is Vile: Like most seasons of "The Bachelor," fans were divided over which woman Brad Womack would pick in the show's 2007 season. But no one expected the 39-year-old to be the first man in the series' history to give none of them the final rose! He also went on to star as "The Bachelor" for a second time in 2011 and led single mom and current "Bachelorette" Emily Maynard astray after he chose her and proposed. Not cool, Brad!
Most Evil Quote: "I can't look you in your eye and tell you that I love you."
Why We Love Him: It takes some serious guts to be "The Bachelor" and opt out of dating any of your bachelorette options. Womack gave us a surprising third choice on a show that we thought had only two outcomes, and for that shocker we thank him.
Why She's Vile: Teresa Giudice has done it all, from chasing other "Real Housewives of New Jersey" around a country club and accusing numerous people of being strippers to literally flipping over a table in her rage. The reality star always has an opinion, and never fails to share it with those around her or the audience.
Most Evil Quote: "And for the record: I don't believe [Melissa Gorga] was a stripper but I wouldn't care anyway. I have lots of ex-stripper friends... ahem..."
Why We Love Her: More than anything, Giudice is great television. Plus we're still impressed that a tiny Jersey girl was able to overturn a table all by herself.
Why He's Vile: Forthright Brit Simon Cowell has made reality TV singing competitions a staple in the U.S., but he's better known for dishing out scathing criticisms to "American Idol" and "X Factor" hopefuls. He's also not afraid to fire his friends in the name of getting good ratings (good-bye, Paula Abdul; hello, Britney!).
Most Evil Quote: "Your dancing is terrible, the singing was horrendous, and you look like one of those creatures that live in the jungle with those massive eyes. What are they called? Bush babies," Cowell told unibrow-sporting "Idol" wannabe Kenneth Briggs.
Why We Love Him: Cowell doles out verbal abuse left and right, but we have to forgive him because a) he's typically spot-on in his assessments and b) he's freaking hilarious. Many have tried to emulate him, but no one can do Simon Cowell quite like Simon Cowell.
Why He's Vile: Between his smug laugh and ridiculously cheesy grin, ABC's season 14 "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka is the embodiment of insincerity -- and it's something he has a hard time hiding. Pavelka showed his true colors during an infamous (and awkward) reunion special, hurling insults at his sobbing ex-fiancee, Vienna Girardi, who'd dumped him after the show ended.
Most Evil Quote: "[Vienna] is like a tabloid. You get 40 percent of the truth."
Why We Love Him: At least he's aware of his own image. The still-bachelor (shocker!) played a character very similar to himself on "Drop Dead Diva" and recently headlined a celebrity Chippendales show in Las Vegas.
Why She Is Vile: Ah, Omarosa. As one of the first contestants on Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," the 38-year-old quickly became known for being manipulative, arrogant and quick to play the race card.
Most Evil Quote: "I'm going to crush my competition and I'm going to enjoy doing it."
Why We Love Her: Omarosa has become the queen b--tch of reality TV -- since her first "Apprentice" season, she's been on "The Surreal Life," "Fear Factor" and even on the "Battle of the Network Reality Stars." Donald Trump may have "fired" her on her season of The Apprentice and called her "the epitome of evil," but even he has a soft spot for her (or for the ratings she attracts). She became the first former "Apprentice" contestant to participate in "The Celebrity Apprentice" and worked with The Donald on a dating show called "The Ultimate Merger."
Why He Is Vile: Not only would we never want to eat anything coming out of "Hell's Kitchen," but we also would never want to get in host Gordon Ramsay's line of fire. Nearly everything the man has ever said is a scathing criticism meant to beat down and belittle his shows' contestants. We guess that makes them better chefs?
Most Evil Quote: "You fat, useless sack of f--king Yankee dankee doodle s--t!"
Why We Love Him: This Brit makes Simon Cowell seem like the sweetest person on the planet. Ramsey is fun to watch, though we'd prefer to only ever see him through our TVs.
Why She Is Vile: There are plenty of problems with the various casts of "Teen Mom," but Amber Portwood has managed to come out as the worst of mom of all. The 21-year-old attacked her fiancé in front of her child, was arrested for domestic battery and has since been arrested again for violating her probation.
Most Evil Quote: “I literally have worked my ass off because of this whole battery thing to make sure I keep my daughter."
Why We Love Her: Oh, Amber. Maybe you shouldn't have done that "whole battery thing" to begin with, and then you wouldn't be in this situation to begin with.
Why He Is So Vile: Richard Hatch might not have been the worst we've seen on "Survivor" in its 24 seasons, but he was the first person we could happily dub a villain. Known for walking around in the nude and forming alliances to vote off other players, the 51-year-old was both respected and despised while he competed on the show's first season.
Most Evil Quote: "I’ve got the million-dollar check written already. You know -- I’m the winner."
Why We Love Him: He might have been a manipulative jerk, but Hatch truly understood what "Survivor" was about. He wove his web of villainy perfectly, and ended up walking away the winner of "Survivor: Bomeo."
Why She Is Vile: We understand that a mother of eight children is likely to get stressed, but Kate Gosselin went a step beyond. She was spiteful, vindictive, often mean to her now ex-husband Jon and their children and, once "Jon and Kate Plus 8" became popular, was a bit of a diva.
Most Evil Quote: "(Jon,) stop breathing so loud!"
Why We Love Her: Even though her spin-off "Kate Plus 8" has been canceled, Gosselin has continued to revel in the spotlight. Her stint on "Dancing with the Stars" was surprisingly entertaining, and it's nice to see her only going mildly crazy trying to regain her celebrity status. Also, she has been remorseful of the way she used to act, which is admirable. "I learned that in the heat of the moment I have a sharp tongue, and looking back there are probably a lot of people that I love that I probably spoke to inappropriately," she told Meredith Vieira on "Today."
Why He Is Vile: We still aren't quite sure how he did it, but sometime between 2006 and 2007 Spencer Pratt managed to destroy the close friendship between "The Hills" stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag and seemingly ruined the life on Montag, whom he married in 2008.
Most Evil Quote: "We love each other but I'm a famewhore and I'll never grow out of it. (Heidi) knows that and doesn't want that."
Why We Love Him: It's nice that Pratt is so self-aware, especially since he knows he is a jerk. But after he came clean about "The Hills" and went bankrupt, we have more compassion for him now.
Why She Is Vile: Ever since her first appearance on "Laguna Beach," Kristin Cavillari has been out to get Lauren Conrad. The 25-year-old Denver native went on to appear in the show's spin-off "The Hills," and she was sure to bring drama with her every time she did.
Most Evil Quote: "The only reason I went for Stephen (Colletti) was because he was hooking up with Lauren and I couldn't have him anymore. So I was like wait a minute, wait a minute."
Why We Love Her: Sure, Cavallari is manipulative, but we much prefer her stunts to some of the other ones we've seen on these shows. Plus, she seems to have calmed down in recent years -- the blonde vixen is expecting a baby with beau Jay Cutler!
Why She Is Vile: There really wasn't anyone that Tiffany Pollard got along with on "Flavor of Love," not even Flavor Flav. But that didn't stop the 30-year-old self-proclaimed "Head B---ch In Charge" from getting into shouting matches with contestants on the show, some of them even leading to violence.
Most Evil Quote: "See, your thoughts are coming from you’re a-- right about now. 'Cause you damn sure ain't better than New York!"
Why We Love Her: You've got to love a girl for trying. New York added some much needed insanity to "Flavor of Love," and her other five VH1 shows have been some of our favorite guilty pleasure TV.
