2. 'Man on Wire'Another Best Documentary Oscar winner, "Man on Wire" centers around Philippe Petit's death-defying 1974 tight-rope walk between the Twin Towers in NYC. The film appeared on more than 70 top 10 lists in 2008 and received a staggering 145 (out of 145, of course) positive reviews from critics.

1. 'Toy Story 2'The "Toy Story" sequel nudged "Man on Wire" out of the top spot by only one review, amassing praises from all 146 critics who reviewed it. The movie also brought in an amazing $245 million domestically.
The "Toy Story" series narrowly missed being a "perfect" trilogy when "Toy Story 3" received three negative reviews (out of 238), including one from notorious perfect-film-spoiler Armond White, critic for the New York Press.
White has also ruined the perfect ratings of "The Social Network," "Up," "The Wrestler," "The Dark Knight" and "Star Trek." He loved "Confessions of a Shopaholic."
