"We were leaping up and down," said Posey, who then had to call her husband, scripter Nick Hornby, who was too nervous to watch. She broke the news he'd been nommed, too (for adapted screenplay)."He just whooped," she said. "I'm afraid he was already getting texts from his agent and Carey (Mulligan, nommed for lead actress in the film). He was barely listening to me.
