Hard-partying Keifer is seven minutes older (there must have been a countdown in the delivery room) and Rachel now works behind the camera in Hollywood as a post-production supervisor.

Both former Major League Baseball players, José Canseco and his identical twin brother Ozzie have a lot in common, including a history of standing in for one another. Ozzie Canseco posed as his brother in Season 5 of VH1's reality show "The Surreal Life" and tricked everyone until his true identity was revealed at the end of the season. Ozzie also recently pretended to pass for the current "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant at a boxing event in Los Angeles. Their ruse was found out when Ozzie took off his shirt. His biceps were as big as José's, but lacked the slugger’s notorious tattoos. Maybe Donald Trump pays better than a nightclub fight?

The former "Punk’d" prankster has a fraternal twin brother named Michael, who was born with cerebral palsy and successfully underwent a heart transplant when he was 13 years old. The two were quite close growing up in Iowa, until Ashton moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career in his early 20s. Michael, who lives in Iowa and sells retirement plans, says of his childhood, “I was the kid with the big Coke-bottle glasses, the hearing aid. There was a lot of teasing, a lot of the normal mean stuff.” Ashton was his self-appointed protector.

Isabella had a 14-year career as a Lancome model and famously starred in David Lynch’s "Blue Velvet," whereas Isotta (known as Ingrid) received her Ph.D. in Italian literature and is now an adjunct professor at New York University. She has kept some ties to cinema, often teaching classes revolving around the neorealist nature of her father’s works.

Her daughter, Elaine Ferguson, continues her family’s artistic tradition, showcased by a career in photography.
