Mel GibsonMel Gibson, no stranger to public meltdowns, has recently come under fire (again). Screenwriter Joe Eszterhas’ private letter to Gibson, which accused the actor of “hating Jews,” hit the Internet and the media went wild. Gibson denied the claims, prompting Eszterhas to release a tape, recorded by his 15-year-old son, of Mel screaming racist and sexist expletives in a maniacal voice during a dinner in Costa Rica. Mel was heard blasting the writer for failing to produce a script, "Why don't I have a first draft of 'The Maccabees?' What the [expletive] have you been doing?" He then turned his attention to his ex Oksana Grigorieva, screaming "I am earning money for a filthy little [expletive] who takes advantage of me." This isn’t the first time Mel has been caught freaking out about Grigorieva. Following their 2010 split, volatile telephone recordings between the two were released. The recordings, which were used against the movie star during a custody battle, feature Gibson screaming racist, sexist, and other horrible things. And don’t forget Mel’s 2006 DUI arrest. Police reported that Gibson was irate, screaming anti-semitic and sexist remarks at the officers. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff (AP Photo/Francois Mor)

Charlie Sheen"Anger Management" star Charlie Sheen had his fair share of freakouts in 2010. After pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault against his now ex-wife Brooke Mueller, Sheen checked himself into rehab and seemed to be on the right track. Fast forward to October when police found Sheen at the Plaza Hotel after a night-long binge of drinking and cocaine. He allegedly caused more than $7,000 in damages to the hotel room. In addition, there was also a woman locked in the bathroom. He was taken to a hospital for observation and later released. Sheen's erratic behavior didn't stop there. The actor went on a public tirade against the creator of his show, "Two and a Half Men." CBS fired Sheen after his comments, replacing him with Ashton Kutcher. The actor has since calmed down, but the memory of his tornado of truth is still fresh. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff (AP Photo/Chris Pizzell)

Lily TomlinFunny lady Lily Tomlin showed her angry side in an infamous video taken during the production of "I Heart Huckabees." In the video Tomlin goes on a rampage against director David O. Russell, exchanging more than a few four-letter words. But she's not the only one who got angry. Russell struck back at Tomlin screaming at the actress and knocking over some props. According to Tomlin, it was just another day on the set. "I love David," Tomlin says. "There was a lot of pressure in making the movie -- even the way it came out, you could see it was a very free-associative, crazy movie, and David was under a tremendous amount of pressure. And he's a very free-form kind of guy anyway." —XFINITY Entertainment Staff (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images)
