But according to TMZ, Jenner claims the lawsuit isn’t valid because her surgery did not affect her eyes—she only had the skin on her neck tightened.

It’s open season on the Kardashians these days. As Kim faces a potential challenge from Kris Humphries on their divorce, younger sister Khloe is now being sued for assault by a transgender model. Chantal Spears (née Ronald Spears) alleges that, in 2009, Khloe “violently” attacked her outside a Hollywood nightclub. According to TMZ, the incident started when Spears began talking to Kardashian’s husband, Lamar Odom. "All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married,” Spears said, “and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl." Kardashian is being sued for unspecified damages.
This case had all the makings of a class-action suit. In September 2010 Daniel Goodson, an inmate in a Pennsylvania prison, sued Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian, claiming that watching their television shows caused him "extreme emotional distress due to their outrageousness of actions." Goodson alleged he was made to watch many hours of their shows "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" while in prison. And according to TMZ, “he's permanently scarred from watching domestic abuse (a boxing match on the show featuring Kim), emotional abuse (rantings courtesy of Kourtney and “paramour Scott”) and racism (Khloe referring to a baby doll as “the black baby”). Goodson was seeking $75,000 in damages, but in January an appeals court found that the sisters’ actions were not outrageous enough to warrant a suit. But at least he tried.
In July 2011, Kim Kardashian sent a strong message to those who might try to appropriate her image: Fauxdashians will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The reality-show star filed a lawsuit against Old Navy (and its parent company The Gap), alleging that their ads violated her publicity rights by featuring a look-alike model. To add insult to the potential legal injury, it turned out the Kounterfit Kim, Melissa Molinario, was also dating Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush.

So much credit that in 2010 the Revenue Resource Group hired them to endorse a prepaid MasterCard aimed at teens and their parents known as the “Kardashian Kard.” But when Connecticut’s attorney general raised questions about the card’s “pernicious and predatory fees,” the Kardashians pulled out of the deal—and were sued. Revenue Resource Group sought $75 million in damages, claiming that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe caused the collapse of the company by breaching their contract and walking away from the endorsement. In June, a California judge disagreed and dismissed the suit: Baseless.
After Kim Kardashian’s 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries ended, her ex-publicist Jonathan Jaxson went on television, claiming the whole relationship was a publicity stunt and “they were obligated to honor contracts [with the E! network, which had TV rights]; otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money.” Kardashian did not take the accusation lightly and immediately hired Los Angeles attorney Marty Singer to sue for defamation. Kardashian claimed Jaxson worked for her only once, several years ago, and is seeking at least $200,000 in damages. The drama then escalated when Jaxson began tweeting about a suicide attempt—for which he later apologized.
