3. BEST: 'The Silence of the Lambs'
Anthony Hopkins won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his downright chilling portrayal of the cannibalistic Dr. Hannibal Lecter — and he only had around 16 minutes of screen time. That's how good he is! Jodie Foster and Ted Levine also received accolades for their performances and this film goes down in history as one of the greatest thrillers of all time. Based on the 1988 Thomas Harris novel of the same name, "The Silence of the Lambs" is one of the most suspenseful films created and likely has census workers watching who they cross to this day.—Xfinity Entertainment Staff (Photo: Orion)
