Actor Dean Cain was a highly scouted athlete in 1984, receiving a whopping 17 scholarship offers to universities around the country. Cain decided to attend Princeton, acting as captain of the volleyball team and playing safety for the football squad. He set a record for most interceptions in a single season at Princeton and signed on as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills after graduating. A career-ending knee injury stalled his sports dreams and prompted him to pursue acting. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff (Photo by Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images)
