XFINITY™ TV Remote Mobile App:

You can set parental controls through the XFINITY TV Remote Mobile App. The parental controls that you set in My Account (used to control access viewed through XFINITYTV.com) will also apply to content viewed through the XFINITY TV Remote App.

Step 1:
Click on Settings and select Parental Controls

Select Parental Control Options Step 2:
Within the Parental Controls Navigation, you can select to show or block Adult Content (off by default) or select Manage Parental Controls to log into My Account and adjust your global XFINITY TV Parental Control settings. These parental control settings will be applied to your content controls for XFINITYTV.com, the XFINITY TV Remote App, and the XFINITY™ Player App.
Note: These Parental Controls settings do not apply to your TV Cable Box.

AnyPlay®

To set up Parental Controls for AnyPlay on your tablet or smartphone, access the XFINITY TV AnyPlay App Settings Menu, select Parental Controls, and then AnyPlay app PIN to ON. If you do not already have a Parental Controls PIN, you'll be prompted to create one. The Parental Controls setting for AnyPlay is an all-on or all-off control which means you cannot lock individual channels, ratings or programs. Please note that Parental Controls you have set on your set-top box will not restrict access to content on your tablet or smartphone.

XFINITY™ Player App:

You can set parental controls on your through the XFINITY Player Mobile App. The parental controls that you set in My Account (used to control access viewed through XFINITYTV.com) will also apply to content viewed through the XFINITY Player Mobile App.

Step 1:
When you first log into the Player App, you will be asked if you would like to set your Parental Controls.



















Step 2:
Select Go To Parental Controls to begin managing your content. Alternatively, you can manage Parental Controls at any time by selecting the Settings icon and then selecting Parental Controls

Step 3:
In this menu, you can apply locks by TV Ratings, Movie Ratings, and Networks. By default, these categories will reflect your global XFINITY TV Parental Control settings stored in My Account.

Step 4:
You will be required to enter your PIN to change any of the lock settings. Once you change these settings in the app, the changes will be made to your global XFINITY TV Parental Control settings. These parental control settings will be applied to your content controls for XFINITYTV.com, the XFINITY TV Remote App, and the XFINITY Player App.
Note: These Parental Controls settings do not apply to your TV Cable Box
