If you see the "Search & Record" and "Manage My DVR" options when you press the My DVR button on your remote (or go to the Main DVR Menu), you have the correct Guide version to support myDVR Manager.

Now you can create wish lists of your favorite actors, directors, keywords and titles. Just enter a search term today (ex: Eastwood, Clint) and your DVR can automatically search for and schedule recordings for programs relating to "Clint Eastwood" as they're added to your program guide in the future. Or simply select what you want to record now from the search results.
For DVR users: Want to jump past the opening credits of a recording? Forget to his Pause and need to jump back? It even works when watching live TV after five or more minutes have been saved in the cache.

As you fast forward or rewind a DVR recording, this feature will automatically adjust for that split-second delay between hand-eye coordination and the stopping point. Depending on how fast you are fast forwarding or rewinding, your DVR will add or subtract a tad of time to auto-correct to what it determines is the logical spot to resume playback.
Important: All new DVR features require Comcast Digital Cable with DVR service.
Folders make it easy to see and manage programs on your DVR. And they're automatically created when you record more than one episode of a series. Like "Friends?" Simply go to the "Friends" folder to see all the episodes that you've recorded on one page of the Guide.
Ever have your DVR re-record a program after you've watched and deleted it? With DVR History, your DVR will remember what you've already watched and avoid re-recording. You'll also see the date a program was deleted or why it didn't record.
Now you can select multiple recordings and delete them all at once—that's a huge timesaver!
