Paula Abdul is making a habit of appearing on “Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars.” The singer/dancer/choreographer, who was guest judge on the show earlier this season, will be performing a medley of her hits with “DWTS” pro dancers on Tuesday night’s elimination show. And the gig also gives her a chance to hang out with her former “American Idol” and “The X Factor” co-star, Simon Cowell.
