While it’s very good news that HBO’s freshman series “Looking” will be back for a second season next year, the not-so-good news is we only have two new episodes left… More
And this year, having out Ellen DeGeneres host the show for the second time (as well as out Exec Producers Neil Meron and Craig Zaden running the show for the second year in a row) on Sunday night isn’t the only thing gay about the 86th annual Hollywood event and I’m not just talking about the show’s planned tribute to the 75th anniversary of the Judy Garland classic, “The Wizard Of Oz.”
“Scandal” is back tonight with new episodes but the true scandal may be star Scott Foley’s new ad campaign for Charisma Luxury Towels, which I personally had never heard of before but, voila, they’ve suddenly got my attention!
Out series creator Bryan Fuller talked to me about the show’s queerness, how Busby Berkeley inspired one of the more grotesque things on the show and what he thinks of the overall queerness of television and how far we’ve come.
