Now sure, the Super Bowl is a big event. But when you get right down to it, the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament makes it look like your kid’s Saturday T-ball game.

Television is perhaps the most pure example of peace and harmony that we have. Think about it. There’s a show for pretty much every interest and taste, and we get them all from this one device.

Filmmakers put a lot of work into their pride and joy, but the films fail to win over audiences and critics when they finally get released. That can be pretty crushing, but there’s one key difference between a movie and your soda rocket. Movies stick around and can be rediscovered and reevaluated years later.

So what if Barbie turns 54 this month? Let’s be honest. She doesn’t look a day older than when she was first unwrapped all those years ago.
