Enemy

The Peabody Award-winning comedy ‘The Boondocks‘ Season 4 is now available on DVD. Airing on Adult Swim, this smart, edgy and highly inappropriate series is a must-have for any fan. Based on the bestselling crime fiction by Ken Bruen and filmed on location against the rugged backdrop of western Ireland, this gripping series follows Jack Taylor—a former cop fighting his own demons—as he works cases in Galway as a private detective. Duck Dynasty

Everyone’s favorite duck moguls are back from the hunt with the release of ‘Duck Dynasty‘: Season 5, now available on Blu-ray and DVD from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Featuring 10 entertaining episodes, the Robertson family will delight audiences across the country with their Southern charm, witty humor, family squabbles and practical jokes. The biggest TV franchise on DVD of 2013 with over 3.5 million units sold, the Duck Dynasty series continues to fly strong into 2014, premiering to 8.5 million viewers. A new face joins the flock this season, as Willie and Korie’s adopted daughter, Rebecca, comes home to visit after finishing a two-year fashion internship in Los Angeles. Much to Jase’s dismay, Willie shares the joyous news with the family via a group text, Jase’s version of a terrible, technological snowball that you just cannot stop. The Jungle

A ferocious, funny and poignant portrait of the one-of-a-kind Broadway legend still belting out Sondheim numbers at age 87, the documentary tribute ‘Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me’ showcases the brash, uncompromising Tony and Emmy winner and cabaret star both onstage and off. The film captures the actress-singer’s immeasurable charm, acerbic wit and impressive accomplishments with candid footage and interviews with friends and collaborators, including Sondheim, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Nathan Lane, John Turturro and James Gandolfini. The Chef, the Actor and the Scoundrel

Director Hu Gaun (Cow, Design of Death) taps into a variety of genre styles for the Chinese action-comedy ‘The Chef, the Actor and the Scoundrel,’ now available on Blu-ray, DVD and digital from Well Go USA Entertainment. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, China is suffering from a cholera outbreak because the Japanese are using it as a biological weapon. Four Chinese agents capture a Japanese scientist and his bodyguard and interrogate them by Chinese opera in order to get the vaccine formula.  The movie stars Liu Ye (Curse of the Golden Flower) as the Chef, Zhang Han Yu (Special ID, Back to 1942) as the Actor and Huang Bo (Lost in Thailand) as the Scoundrel, with Chie Tanaka (Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale) and Liang Jing (Eastern Bandits) rounding out the cast. During a time of globally heightened debate, journalist Phelim McAleer travels across the U.S. and Europe to speak with scientists and Americans living in fracking areas, in order to uncover the science behind the process and to determine its true consequences. Two Lives
