Hey, it’s Thursday and you know what that means— all new episodes of “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Gang Related” will air at 8 and 9pm (respectively) on FOX. Kicking off the night with a little Gordon Ramsay, the teams are reorganized and challenged to create dishes using ingredients they blindly chose. The winning team receives a day of pampering at a spa, while the losing team unloads deliveries. Later, the teams prepare a meal for UNICEF representatives.

Ready for more heart-pumping, action packed drama at 9pm? In “Sangre Per Sangre,” Ryan (Ramon Rodriguez) tries to find the rival gang members who shot Carlos (Rey Gallegos) to stop a feud from turning into a war as well as hide his own involvement in the matter. Elsewhere, Ryan finds himself falling for Jessica (Shantel VanSanten).

I’ve previewed the first four episodes of this show and I can say honestly, you don’t want to miss a second of the action and surprises.

Episode 6 of the ABC freshman drama, “Black Box” is airing at 10pm. In “Forget Me,” Catherine (Kelly Reilly) and Joshua (David Chisum) reflect on their past when their father returns. Meanwhile, a decorated soldier struggles with a war wound; a new patient is admitted to the Cube after falling off a mountain; and Will (David Ajala) tries to get rid of Delilah (Rachel Brosnahan).

Have you been watching Rafael Amaya on “El Señor de Los Cielos?” Season two just started and I had a chat with the Mexican star last week to get the scoop on what we can expect to see from his character Aurelio. You can read the full interview via this link, catch up with season one via this link, and watch the latest episode below:
