There’s quite a bit we’re buzzing about today: I selected four reasons things you may want to keep your eyes open for during the upcoming “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” season six reunion show (see the preview below), Pharrell gained even more fans from “Oprah Prime” and Beyonce joins her baby sis on stage.  Plus, check out my watchlist and what’s hot (and not).

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion show preview. So much can happen between the time a reality show wraps taping and its air date. Sunday, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” concluded its long and eventful sixth season and a whole lot has gone down since last fall. And we’ll see it begin to unfold Sunday (yes, Easter Sunday). One of the major things people are buzzing about? The whoop ass a certain former Miss USA received. I’ve listed that and three other things you may want to keep an eye out for during the get-together.

1) The current status of castmate Phaedra Parks’ hubby Apollo Nida, who was charged with bank fraud and identity theft. News broke in January that Apollo was arrested for opening bank accounts using stolen information. Unfortunately, he served prison time for breaking federal racketeering laws related to auto title fraud. Ouch!

2) Where newlyweds Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker stand with her mother, Mama Joyce. I’ve written about this and so has everyone else. Mama Joyce showed her butt royally this season, threatening beatdowns and cussin’ up a storm all because she didn’t want Kandi marrying Todd. Well, her behavior was in vain as the two got married 10 days ago. She’s calmed down, it seems, but will she remain that way? I’m sure Bravo has a wedding special in the works that captured any of Mama Joyce’s shenanigans leading up to their saying “I do.”

3) The status of Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes’ friendship. This pair genuinely seemed tight. So much so that other castmates commented on Cynthia’s loyalty to NeNe. Apparently it was all a farce, let NeNe tell it. She threw a bit of shade toward Cynthia Sunday while on “Watch What Happens: Live,” insisting that Cynthia wasn’t loyal because she sided with the enemy, Kenya Moore. I don’t know what happens when the cameras stop rolling but it seemed that Cynthia was unusually loyal to NeNe. And NeNe seems like she has some control and abandonment issues when it comes to her friends, something that possibly could date back to her childhood (‘memba, she had a similar issue with Marlo on the show and I think Marlo suffers from the same issue).

4) The beatdown that Porsha Williams reportedly gave fellow castmate Kenya Moore. There’s been so much talk about this since the show taped two weeks ago from it being an ugly knockout to a little skirmish. What we see in the reunion sneak peek? Kenya shouting at Porsha via a megaphone, Porsha snatching the sparkly scepter that Kenya keeps pointing at her, Porsha calling her a “slut from the ’90s” and the two ladies standing face-to-face. Lawd!

There’s a bit more to the reunion show that you can watch below. It airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo. Watch it here.

Pharrell Williams talks with Oprah. Let me lift your spirits with a bit more positive news. The multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and “Happy” gentleman Pharrell Williams had his first (I believe) sit down with Lady O. I admit, I missed this and will be watching it when it airs again (my nephews wore me out). But, I did look at several of the clips we have available online and can say that I like this guy more and more (apparently my mother does, too). I’ve included one of my favorite clips below of Pharrell talking to Oprah about growing up in a neighborhood and household where good music was played constantly. Hearing him share this story reminded me of my dad playing the likes of Earth, Wind & Fire, The Isley Brothers, Stevie Wonder, Miles Davis, Roy Ayers, Anita Baker, Sade, Wham! and many, many more artists loudly and no one complained. My neighbors had their windows open and were jamming, too. Ahh, the benefits of a healthy, loving childhood. Watch more clips of Pharrell and Oprah here.

Beyonce makes a surprise appearance at Coachella. This clip of big sister Beyonce Knowles Carter joining her little sister Solange Knowles on stage at Coachella really made me smile. They look cute, dancing away in front of an overjoyed audience. Watch the clip below and read more here.

On my watchlist? What I’m tuning in to see and what I’ll catch up with XFINITY On Demand…
“Once Upon a Time”: Mondays have turned into a TV catch up for me. I managed to watch “Game of Thrones”–what an epic episode–“Resurrection” and “Mad Men” early this morning but missed this and other shows. It airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. Watch it here.
“Crisis”: I’m actually enjoying this little show and can’t get over how mature Lance Gross looks in it. I mean, this dude grew up overnight! It airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EST on NBC. Watch it here.

The Hot List: Who/What’s Hot, Not
HOT: Beyonce making a surprise appearance at Coachella, dancing onstage with baby sis, Solange (Love tender sister moments!).
NOT: The KFC edible chicken corsage (That just sounds like a greasy mess! Is it really worth destroying your dress and paying an extra tux rental fine?!)

HOT: The fictional tyrant King Joffrey dying on HBO’s Game of Thrones (This has been a long time coming).
NOT: The massive terrorist explosion that killed more than 71 people and wounded 124 in Nigeria (o_O)
