Welcome back to work mi gente! It’s Monday and I know its going to be a great week. But before we wave goodbye to the weekend, let’s talk a little bit about what was on TV.

One of the most highly anticipated new series of the season, “Almost Human” premiered last night on Fox. The sci-fi drama starring Karl Urban and Michael Ealy takes place 35 years into the future where humans at the Los Angeles Police Department are paired with android partners. Urban, the human in this scenario, hates that his partner Dorian (Ealy) is a robot albeit one that has emotions. It’s too early to tell but based on how the show started, Urban might be in for a big surprise. There is a lot of speculation that he might be a robot himself!

Univision’s “Mira Quien Baila” sent another contestant home leaving behind broken hearts and only three competitors left to battle it out for the top spot. Mané de la Parra took a final bow after losing out to fan favorite Johnny Lozada who earned 65% of the votes. Team Johnny has been extremely supportive throughout this fourth season of the former Menudo and “Despierta America” host but they will have a lot more competition now that the remaining competitors include two other fan favorites: Pedro Moreno and Marjorie De Sousa.

My favorite part from yesterday’s episode was the electrifying performance by the Salud Gang. Sky Blu of LMFAO and his friends Sensato, Reek Rude, and Wilmer Valderrama sure know how to bring the party!

If you loved “Almost Human,” Fox will be airing the second episode entitled, “Skin” at 8pm tonight. John (Urban) and Dorian investigate a murder and missing-persons case that introduces them to the lucrative trade of IRCs—Intimate Robot Companions, otherwise known as sexbots. Meanwhile, John revisits an episode from his troubled past.

Keep it on Fox at 9pm for a new episode of “Sleepy Hollow.” Now that Ichobod (Tom Mison), Abbie (Nicole Beharie), and Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) have captured the Headless Horseman, they interrogate him for information. Ichobod ends up being caught off guard by a revelation about his old foe’s true motive.

CBS is airing episode 9 of “Hostages” entitled, “Loose Ends” at 10pm. Duncan (Dylan McDermott) is ordered by someone closely connected to the plot to get rid of an insider when investigators get closer to discovering the conspiracy to kill the president. Meanwhile, Duncan takes the next step in his master plan, and gives Ellen (Toni Collette) the poison she is to use to kill the commander in chief.

Last night, Freddie Prinze Jr returned for episode 7 of Lifetime’s “Witches of East End” entitled, “Unburied.” Wendy (Mädchen Amick) tries to get serious with his character Leo, and who can blame her?! Watch the full episode below:
