Showtime’s hit fix-it man “Ray Donovan” has been renewed for a second season, the cable network announced Tuesday.

Season 2 will debut in 2014.

The freshman drama, which stars Liev Schreiber as L.A.’s best professional “fixer” and a villainous Jon Voight as his ex-con father, ranks as Showtime’s highest rated original series premiere ever. “Ray Donovan” debuted on June 30 to six million viewers across platforms (including replays, On Demand and Live +7), and now in its third week, continues to perform well in the ratings, with Sunday night’s episode delivering 2.2 million viewers.
