Jimmy Kimmel got married Saturday in a wedding ceremony attended by his celebrity friends.
Kimmel, 45, wed his long-time girlfriend, Molly McNearney, 35, who also happens to work for him as co-head writer on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The two were married in Ojai, Calif. (a community northwest of Los Angeles), according to various stories on Sunday, including this one on People.com.
Among those in attendance at the wedding: Kimmel’s pals Howard Stern, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and John Krasinski, along with Krasinski’s wife, Emily Blunt.
Kimmel and McNearney have been engaged since last year, when he popped the question while the two were vacationing in South Africa. Following their wedding, the two will take at least a week off from “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” ABC’s listings for next week’s shows are all repeat broadcasts.
It is Kimmel’s second marriage. He was first married to a long-time girlfriend in 1988, but they separated in 2002. They have a son, 20, and a daughter, 22. Kimmel then dated comedian Sarah Silverman for seven years, but the two never made it to the altar.
