Former “House” star Lisa Edelstein is moving into ABC’s “Castle.”

Edelstein is joining the cast for Season 6 for a multiple episode arc, TVLine reports.

She’ll play Rachel McCord, “a tough and highly-skilled Federal Investigator whose appearance plays a vital role in Beckett’s decisions about her future,” according to TVLine. Her first appearance will be in the season premiere.

For those who need a refresher on Beckett’s big decisions about her future, the fifth-season finale threw the lady cop for a loop, when she was presented with the opportunity to relocate to Washington, D.C., to work on a task force for the U.S. attorney general’s office — or accept Castle’s marriage proposal!

Since checking out of Fox’s “House” after seven seasons, Edelstein has had a string of guest appearances on high-profile shows, including “The Good Wife,” “Elementary,” “House of Lies” and “Scandal.”
